Twelfth meeting of the HLG-PCCB
The twelfth meeting of the High-level Group for Partnership, Coordination and Capacity-Building for Statistics for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (HLG-PCCB) was held in two parts before and after the UN World Data Forum 2018 (UNWDF2018), on 21 and 25 October 2018 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The meetings were hosted by the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority of the United Arab Emirates.
The main objectives of the twelfth meeting of the HLG-PCCB were to:
- take a decision on the host country of the third UN World Data Forum (UNWDF),
- discuss and review progress toward the implementation and funding of the Cape Town Global Action Plan, and
- review initiatives launched during and lessons learned from the second UNWDF.
