RB - What is "Professional"? In the discussion in the Expert Group, this could be brought up.

Decision
25/9/2001 - Addressed in March 2001 TSG and the title agreed upon. However, the title of CPC V1.0 code 83 - "Other Professional and Business Services" should be reviewed.
27/9/2001 - Division 82 title is "Business and Professional Services". Division 83 title is "Other Professional and Business Services". This makes for imprecision since the word "Professional" is already difficult to define in this context.
