Edit explanatory notes under 86110, 86330 and 69210 to reflect the variety and distinctions of water distribution systems, i.e. use of irrigation systems for agricultural and non agricultural purposes

While the non-agricultural irrigation will remain in this subclass, it should not be explicitly spelled out.
Decision
Edit the inclusion under explanatory note of 86110 as follows:
- operation of irrigation systems for agricultural production
Add the following exclusion:
- water distribution services through mains (on a fee or contract basis), cf. 86330
For 86330:
Edit the inclusion to read: "operation of irrigation systems, except for agricultural purposes", and add a new exclusion " operation of irrigation systems for agricultural purposes, cf. 86110
Under 69210, add the following exclusions:
- operation of irrigation systems for agricultural purposes, cf. 86110
- operation of irrigation systems for non-agricultural purposes, cf. 86330
TSG Meeting 02/02:
The concept of irrigation for non-agricultural purposes was not supported.
1. Change explanatory note of CPC V.1.1 code 86330:
Delete the general note "This subclass includes:
- operation of irrigation system except for agricultural purposes."
The exclusions remain as they are.
2. Change in 69210
Remove the fourth exclusion "operation of irrigation systems for non-agricultural purposes, cf.86330.
3. Delete the link between CPC Ver.1.1 86330 and CPC Ver.1.0 86111.
