Decision
Change exclusion to: "This division excludes:
- manufacture of new final products from (whether or not self-manufactured) secondary raw material, see divisions 15 to 36
..." This was a typo. The reference should have been to manufacturing divisions 15-36. Division 14 is part of mining and quarrying and activities included in there (regardless of process or equipment used) are not considered to be manufacturing activities. This applies to exclusions in the explanatory notes of division 37 and class 3720.
