En el caso de la tierra se crea una unidad ficticia que se considera que adquiere la tierra, en tanto que el no residente adquiere un activo financiero (participación de capital) de la unidad ficticia. ¿Debe extenderse el tratamiento de la tierra a otros recursos no producidos tales como el agua, la pesca, etc.? ¿o debe haber tratamientos alternativos? |

The ninth proposal, (i), generated some disagreement.
On the third proposal, the views of BOPCOM and the Canberra II Group are different, with the former considering that a licence being issued is sufficient to establish residence while the latter considered production must be observed before residence is established. The AEG recommends that the BOPCOM approach be adopted in the updated SNA. |
